This workshop will show you that there are as many true answers as there are people. Using different usual sources of inspiration (from the four elements, your voice, your body, the characteristics of your character, your partner, the environment, music), we’ll define together what speaks to you and how to combine those techniques to create your very unique way of being inspired.

Not talking, not using words is sometimes the scariest things on stage ! What
will I do if I cannot talk ?? I’ll tell you : many many things !
In this workshop, we will learn how to enjoy time with our partner on stage,
without using words and still have at least, as much fun as if we’d be talking.
We’ll use our bodies, soundeffects and emotions, and you’ll see, it’s way
enough to have fun, to create stories but also to be silly and be totally
connected.

Hayao Miyazaki creates in his movies worlds full of creatures, colorful landscapes and incredible machineries. But how to reproduce that on stage without a set?

This workshop will lead you to create beautiful pictures and sceneries, so that you can bring the audience in a world that is fantastic and full of wonders. Based on work rooted in storytelling, writing tools and of course on the movies of the director, you will dip your toe in Gael’s Miyazaki’s Kingdom format.

No need to be a specialist, just bring your imagination, curiosity and colorful dreams!

Here And Now – English Workshop

How to improvise more naturally? How to clean everything that’s useless to
get what really matters ?
Improvisers can have the feeling that they’re stuck in their heads and tell
stories about characters who are not here in a time which is not now when the
most powerful and important story is the one that is currently happening on
stage between partners. Who are they for each other? How deep is their
relationship? What are they dreaming of?
This workshop, inspired by Meisner technic, is about being connected and
focused on his partner, truly and deeply in the moment. Fuck the story, fuck
the plot, fuck comedy! Just scenes that seems real. Step by step we’ll find
what’s really matter for the characters and why they are playing these scene.
To be sincerely improvising here and now, with our partner.

A workshops that honors the Anti-hero character as he comes to form in an improvised play . unlike the hero , the anti hero is not sponged in values he lacks charisma and doesn’t have special skills .

The anti hero although laughed upon gains sympathy from the audience , together we shall mold the anti hero of each and every one of us , we shall allow ourselves to be led by weakness , let it guide us and create characters that their strength is in their weakness

Silent Play – English Workshop with a Show
10 hour Workshop – 2 parts

Everybody knows Charlie Chaplin’s movies, Buster Keaton’s or more recently the French “The Artist”. How beautiful, strong and even engaged are those movies without using a single word!

This workshop aims to create an entire improvised play without using a word. Based on space object work, emotional movements and using music, it will lead the group to learn all the tools to create a good silent improvised play. The exercises will be arranged around a specific pre-determined genre (western, science fiction, fantasy, etc.), to end with a unique show in the universe you love!

Make your audience dream without having to explain them how.

Everybody Says I Love You! – English Workshop

Love. The most powerful feeling! We like to feel it, we like to give it and it’s
always beautiful to watch it on stage. Why ? Because everybody feels it and
know how good you can fell when you say or hear I love you! But what about
playing it? Are we comfortable ? Or do we make fun of it… In this workshop,
we gonna explore the intimacy of love. Not only first kiss or breaking up,
because love is way more! It’s also everyday life, good news, bad news or
platonic love. Because this feeling is everywhere! Between friends, familly,
coworkers… At the end, you won’t be shy to say it at loud on stage! You’ll see,
it can be magical !

“bla bla bla, bla bla bla”. That’s what a scene too often looks like. As
improvisers, we often fear the silence because we think that nothing is
happening anymore. That’s not true ! Many times silence is the best line we
can tell !
More than70% of the communication goes trough our body and our behaviour.
Isn’t it a proof that words can be useless ? Our actions, our look, our emotions,
tell so much. And silence build the tension and catch audience…
Don’t panic, we’ll talk in this workshop ! But we’ll also learn to answer by
silence. A living, deep and powerful silence, meaning much more than a verbal
line…
